For those interested in employment as a Police Officer, a completed F-3 Form (Personal History
Statement) is also required to be submitted along with a City application and copies of the following:

  1. Social Security Card (Paper card must be shown)
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. High School Diploma or transcript
  4. BLET Course Certificate
  5. BLET Course Transcript
  6. DD-214 (if applicable)
  7. If you are a resident of a county other than Robeson, certified copies of a criminal background check from each county of residence.
