Cycle 1

Cycle one customers are those customers whose route numbers are between 01—19. You can locate your route number in the top or bottom right hand corner of your utility statement. The route number will appear as follows 1/000000. The number one is your route number. Cycle 1 utility bills are due on the 26th day of the month. To prevent a non-payment disconnection, cycle 1 customers must pay their bill within ten days of the due date.

Cycle 2

Cycle two customers are those customers whose route numbers are between 23—45. You can locate your route number in the top or bottom right hand corner of your utility statement. The route number will appear as follows 23/000000. The number twenty-three is your route number. Cycle 2 utility bills are due on the 3rd day of the month. To prevent a non-payment disconnection, cycle 2 customers must pay their bill within ten days of the due date.

Cycle 3

Cycle three customers are those customers whose route numbers are between 46—67. You can locate your route number in the top or bottom right hand corner of your utility statement. The route number will appear as follows 46/000000. The number forty-six is your route number. Cycle 3 utility bills are due on the 9th day of the month. To prevent a non-payment disconnection, cycle 3 customers must pay their bill within ten days of the due date.

Cycle 4

Cycle four customers are those customers whose route numbers are between 76 –97. You can locate your route number in the top or bottom right hand corner of your utility statement. The route number will appear as follows 76/000000. The number seventy-six is your route number. Cycle 4 utility bills are due on the 16th day of the month. To prevent a non-payment disconnection, cycle 4 customers must pay their bill within ten days of the due date.
