Site Plan Submittal Requirements

Site plans submitted to Lumberton’s Planning Department for approval must:

1)    Have 6 copies for review
2)    Have 2 copies of stormwater calculations for review
3)    Have a cover letter, including:
     a)    the full name, address and phone number of the contact person for the project
     b)    a written description of the site plan/project
     c)    the location of the site
     d)    review fee
     e)    any other pertinent information.

Site plans not containing the above mentioned items will NOT be accepted for review.



Checklist of Site Plan Requirements

Site plans submitted to Lumberton’s Planning Department for approval must include:

I.  REFERENCE REQUIREMENTS
    A. Name of Applicant
    B. Name of Development
    C. North Arrow
    D. Legend
    E. Scale
    F. Land Use

II. Existing natural features
    A. Tree Line of Wooded Area
    B. Orchard or Planted Areas
    C. Streams, ponds, drainage ditches, swamps, etc..
    D. Flood zone information
    E. Existing grades or contours

III. Existing man-made features
